If you are in an emergency, or at immediate risk of harm to yourself or others, please contact emergency services to contact ambulance, fire brigade or police.

SUICIDE CALL BACK SERVICE: 1300 659 467

The Suicide Call Back Service provides free telephone counselling  24 hours a day, seven days a week wherever you are in Australia. It is a telephone service that offers short to medium term support for people at risk of suicide, their carers, and those bereaved by suicide.

LIFELINE: 13 11 14  

For support and advice in a personal crisis, call Lifeline 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Lifeline also has online chat available from 8 pm -midnight seven days a week. 

BEYONDBLUE: 1300 22 4636  

For help with anxiety and depression phone Beyondblue 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They also offer web chat from 4 pm to 10 pm. 

HELPLINE FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT OR DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: 1800 737 72

1800RESPECT is a national helpline, information and support service for those coping with sexual assault or family violence. Free telephone counselling is offered 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

MEN'S LINE AUSTRALIA: 1300 78 99 78
